How can it be misinformation when it is a statement expressing a personal view on the subject.
Here is a breakdown of the different versions:

Now tell me in what way Windows Vista Starter Edition is better than
Windows Vista Ultimate.
For the Action Pack I guess the Business or Small Business Editions will work as well
although the lack of MUI might be a loss.
Here is more on why my original view on the other versions was 'crap':
- They contain less features than the Ultimate version.
Make a note that nowhere do I state that Ultimate will perform better
than the other versions, more likely it will perform worse since it
has a lot more stuff installed :-)
