Another MS blunder.
Windows is the only OS that relies on file extensions to determine
file associations.
Double click on a jpeg file names "some picture" in GNOME or KDE
(Linux) or Mac OS X and what happens? It opens.
Do that in Windows and....
nada.
Only in Windows would it have to be named "some picture.jpg".
Considering all the advancements in Vista it's amazing that dinosaur
still exists.
