i've got a major problem. got a new tablet pc, and when i bring up the task manager, the whole top portion is just missing. all i have is the listbox listing running apps. the tabs to change to processes, the menus, and the titlebar are all missing. i can resize the window and it doesn't help. only way to close the thing is with alt+f4 or similar (there's not even a menu when i right-click the taskbar entry for the window). makes no sense.
