| Re: Broken power adapter, tablet, or both? Did you ever get this resolved?
Until recently, my TC1100 went into, and came out of, hibernate as expected. Now it will hibernate with power switch, shut down sequence or based on power settings, but power switch does not initiate resume from hibernate. Like a rat in a psychologist's experiment, I tried a variety of button combinations and durations. I stumbled on a combination that works every time. Press the display toggle button (power switch turns red), slide and hold power switch, press and hold display toggle button until power switch turns green (a second or two) and release, release power switch.
After recently installing software, I DID modify several Windows "services" settings to reduce processor load to speed things up, but I couldn't find any information online that indicated which services may affect hibernate.
Any help would be appreciated.
