I keep getting this message over and over. It says "Windows Explorer has
stopped working; windows is is checking for a solution to the problem..."
Then another window pops up and says "Windows Explorer is restarting..." it
repeats this process every TWO SECONDS!!!! I need help because I am unable to
use the basic functions of my computer. I am running Windows VIsta Home
