| dialing contact via bluetooth sends call as DATA call on my phone. help? I just got a new cell phone (VX8300), and when i click and hold a name
in my pda's contact list and click 'Dial via Bluetooth' It sends the
phone number to be dialed, however, it sends it as a data phone call
(assuming for fax or internet purposes). However, i just want it to
dial it as a regular voice phone call.
Should a setting be modified on my pda or my cell phone to make this
work as it should? When i tried this feature on a motorola q, it
dialed it as a voice phone call, which was correct. The age of my cell
phone should have nothing to do with it, because my pda is older than
my phone, and newer phones have performed this feature successfully
before.
(Yes you're probably asking why dont i just dial the number through my
cell phone's built in contact list, however, my pda has the most up to
date information concerning contacts)
ANY HELP, OPINIONS, THEORIES, etc is appreciated!
