Re: Is "Windows Vista Home Premium FOR ACADEMIC USE ONLY" any diff

I am not sure, but I am a student and got Vista business edition for free
from Microsoft. It said in the licence agreement that "When you are no longer
a registered student in a department that is a member of the MSDN Academic
Alliance, you may no longer receive updates for your personal use computer.
However, you may continue to use previously installed software on your
computer".

I suggest you may check with Microsoft because using academic version or I
think even selling acadamic version to someone who is not a student is...
maybe illegal.
