Fujitsu Stylistic 3500 pen driver installation

I just installed a new 80GB HDD in my 3500 and got everything working
except two items. There is a group of small apps called FPC Utilities
that come with no installation instructions and I can't seem to get the
touchscreen driver to work. Can anyone tell me how to get the
touch-screen working again? The hotpad driver is installed and working,
but I don't get the on-screen bar-graph display of the brightness or sound
volume settings. I think those are part of the FPC utilities, but I am
not sure.

I managed to install the OS using only a second computer, DOS boot floppy,
and a USB hub to allow a USB keyboard and mouse to connect to the tablet
at the same time.

I am running win2k pro sp4, 256 MB ram, and 80 GB HDD.

Kataji kenai!
