Why add a "program" to the QuickLaunch Toolbar? One doesn't "Add Programs to
the QuickLaunch Toolbar", he adds SHORTCUTS to programs.
Let's face it, Vista still has more than it's share of bugs. IE 7 tends to
crash also, if one visits standards-based Web sites.
