I am having the EXACT same problem.

FRESH install of Word 2003 on a BRAND NEW CX2726.

After installing Word, I ran all the Microsoft updates (for Windows, and for Office)

Using the TiP, it recognized all my text, but when I hit "Insert" the TiP box went blank, and nothing went into the document.

Any ideas?
