Where did you purchase this model and did you contact their support?
I purchased the model 18 months ago but did not contact their support
Was this a new or used model?
It was a brand new model

What operating system are you using?
i am using the os delivered windows tablet pc sp1

Have you looked through the Acer manual to make sure you are following the directions?

yes but cant find anything helpfull

Have you gone into the control panel, drivers, and looked to see if there is a hardware device without a driver loaded?

their is actually no hardware device
