How to save settings in Office 2007? No Save My Settings Wizard

The Save My Settings Wizard is gone. I have read that you "are supposed to
use" either the Vista Easy Transfer Wizard or the User State Migration Tool
3.0. I'm not running Vista so I can't use that one. The USMT captures
desktop, and application settings, as well as user accounts and users' files,
and then migrates them to a new Windows installation which is not what I want
to do. I just want to save my Office settings the way that I like with them.
