I have, and as far as I'm concerned, the release candidates have been worse than the tech betas. My SD card reader won't read any cards; if my V1250 goes to sleep, the wireless card doesn't wake up (BSOD will drop within minutes), and Firefox and ritePen fight for control of the CPU. Uh, other than that, everything's hunky-dory. No, my eyes aren't rolling, really!
