My wife & I have been using Epson Film Factory software to organize and
print photos for a couple of years. Both digital camera and scanned
pictures.

I scanned in a couple of pictures this week and moved them into Film
Factory. When printed, there were 2 thin lines running accross the
picture. For 1st time ever, we could faintly see the lines when we
double clicked a picture to enlarge the view in Film Factory. These
lines now print on picture we try to print using Film Factory. Even
pictures we have printed in the past with no problem

For the 1st time, we also now see 2 stationary thin lines on our Dell
Trinitron 19 inch flat screen CRT monitor.

Anybody have an idea what is going on and what I need to do to fix this?
