It depends on why the power supply needed to be replaced (was there a power
surge?)

If your getting no POST codes (beeps) on startup it could be the motherboard
or processor (CPU). It could also be the power switch
I'm not familiar with the machine but you should be getting 12V from the
switch to the motherboard, (trace the wires) if you have a multimeter you
can check that. If you get no power replace the switch. If you are getting
voltage then test the motherboard and CPU Try booting the computer with
everything disconnected from the motherboard. If you are not sure where or
how it connects, taking a picture before removal helps. Remove all add on
cards, drive cables (only from the motherboard side), power connections to
the drives.Remove the memory as well. Leave the fans connected if there are
any. The computer should start and give 8 beeps (no memory). Since you
replaced the power supply it's probably safe to assume that it is working
correctly. If it doesnt power up then its either the board or CPU. At this
point I usually replace motherboard, memory and CPU to be safe, but bring it
in if you are not sure to get it looked at by a repair shop. It never hurts
to get a second pair of eyes on it

Are you rinnng XP? Check the Microsoft Knowledgebase for that issue if you
are
(KB314466)
It could also be a hardware conflict if you have installed any new hardware
or drivers
