you could search for a programmable keyboard and program the keys for her
(function keys). Gateway made one a few years back. You can start the
programming, input the key strokes you want repeated then stop the
programming and set to a function key. That seems like what you are looking
for. You may want to look for one of these because not all programs will
accept macros but the keyboard will always do the same keystrokes regardless
of the program. You could even create labels for the keys so she knows what
each one does instead of F1, F2 etc
