Try using the System Disc AFTER you finish the full install. When I went through and did a clean install of everything before I came out to Michigan, I did install everything (or so I thought) on all of those discs and still ended up with this. I think the Acer System Disc doesn't install everything it should the first time around. Now that you've got everything re-setup again, go back to the System Disc and see what you can find in there.

And yes, actually talking with Acer is terrible. I'd rather try and explain all of this to colorblind monkies.. well, I pretty much did when I called I guess. Ahh well. That's what the internet and other people on it are for.

Try just looking around on the system disc now and see what you find. As I said before, it doesn't install it automatically when you do a clean install on the whole system like you'd think it would.
