I got an email back from Jeff telling me to call their technical support. I'll try that next and I'll let you know what I come up with.
Edit:
Alright, so I just got off the phone with their tech support which was awkward. Have you ever spoke to tech support on the phone and have them just stop talking for a long time? Kind off odd but I might have an answer for us. Our brilliant tech support concluded that it was in the software (woo hoo!

) and that the programs we need can be found on the System Disc that came packaged with all the other goodies that were found in the box. I'm out in Michigan at the moment and my discs are at home in Colorado so I'll have to wait until Tuesday to try it out myself.
Either way, on the System Disc, there should be some reloading applications and/or Launch Manager and that should install what we need to fix it. He mentioned there was something else on there for the scroll wheel but was non-specific as to what it was. I guess just browse around on the system disc until you find something that works.
If you test it out, let me know what you find otherwise I'll post my further findings here on Tuesday. Thanks everyone and good luck too Ponpon!
