Fatal Exception 0E. in VXD Winachsf (01)

Getting this error "Fatal Exception 0E occurred at 0028:ff247384 in VXD
Winachsf (01) + 00022404. The current application will be terminated. I am
running Windows 98 on a Presario Compaq laptop. The error only occurs while
using the modem with PC Anywhere ver 9.2.1. Thanks for any help.
