That is exactly right. For now we have disabled this Policy for the whole OU
but that can of course open up other Custom Toolbars which could in turn
encourage random acts of clicking the Install Now button (aka Yes Button for
Security Warnings).

Let's face it; the ERs aren't always busy, just when I'm there. =]
