Bart, I've bumped this over to the Tablet Team at Microsoft for more details
about what you need to do. As I recall, there are some basic
inconsistencies with Citrix itself and a multitude of things addressed
through Microsoft's Knowledge Base articles:

However, the basic question of GPO and lock-down of the TIP for users is a
solution I've asked about. Will post back when I receive information.
