Hi, Bart,

If you don't need the notes to go directly to the Server or to a specific
file, then you might want to take a look at the Experience Pack's Ink
Desktop. It allows a fast note directly on the desktop of the Tablet.

I have a feeling that isn't what you're asking, but thought I'd toss it out.
