Re: xp cannot read hard-drive (blue screen of death)

Kelli, the Toshiba folks are very, very good with repairs. When you send
your computer in, they'll give you a case number and direct you to a special
section on their web where you can track the progress of what they're doing
with your unit. Rather interesting.
