Oh Chris... its not the input panel itself... its the button that you click
to open it... it used to be a small button with the icon of a keyboard and
pen sitting in the lower lefthand corner of th task bar... now its about 4
inches wide and can't be moved so it covers the area where you would usually
view the icons of minimized applications...
