Re: Tablet Input Panel Button outgrowing my bottom taskbar

When you open the Tablet Input Panel (tap or wave the pen over the icon in
the Taskbar), on the right side is a large "O" - not a zero - which you can
tap with the pen. You immediately have several Options (hence the O),
including Dock at Top of Screen, Dock at Bottom of Screen, and Undock.
Choosing the latter will activate the Tablet Input Panel, but not anchored
on any screen location.

Undock means you'll have a small Tablet Access icon which will be on-screen
only when you are using the pen AND the cursor is an a text input area.
Otherwise it never shows. This allows you total freedom to use your pen for
navigation, opening and closing programs, reading news messages and emails,
etc., but the TIP is handy ONLY if you're going to input text.

You do not need to open the Tablet Input Panel from the Taskbar any more, it
will show up when appropriate anywhere on your screen in the proximity of
the input area. Moving the pen away from the screen or moving to an area
like scrolling a page in Internet Explorer, and the TIP and icon disappear
from the screen. I've got some little tutorials on my web site in my
signature line..
