All round Tablet

Hi ya all,

Well another newbie to PC tablets, Im probaberly asking a question thats asked hundards of times before just cant find the answer yet.

I am after getting a PC tablet but do not have a clue whats worth getting, its got to do several things;
*Drawing - photoshop
*web site design - dreamweaver
*programming - visual studio
*network - Wireless connection. (must)
*an optical drive - dvd player and burner (ideal)

It has to have an optical drive and the ability to draw line thickness with the amount of pressure you put on the screen. (if that makes any sence, im wanting it so that if you draw a line and push down it goes thicker and lighter it goes thinner).

From what ive managed to find out so far the Acer TravelMates seem to meet those requirements, good storage / speed / dvd burner / long battery life / decent size screen / wireless.

Only problem is Im not sure if it does the pressure pen option Im wanting, there is the 'EMR Stylus Pen' provided but does that support pressure?

In all honesty it isnt the end of the world if it doesnt have it but I would prefer it did, failing that is there another tablet that you think its worth looking at?

I realise that a laptop might be better spec wise and probably cheaper but Im really taken with the fact you can draw on the screen like a graphics tablet and flip the screen over and still be slim line.

Any and all help will be greatly appricated.

Thank you in advance,

Shane
