I had the same problem and I solved it by turning off the IPSEC services from
the services management console. When you stop the IPSEC services, you will
see that the xbox360 will present itself as an icon in the sharing menu in
WMP11, where you can select it and select "allow".

Of course, you will then have to make your XBOX 360 see your PC, which is
still impossible for me to do. But, I will keep trying...
