Today I checked my work computer and found that nothing allegedly printed to
OneNote showed up on a search. I did notice, however, that my computer did
not show the window that gave a progress report on printing to OneNote, as my
home machine did last evening. I tried running the repair function for
OneNote from the Add Programs option in the Control Panel. That succeeded
only in removing the Send to OneNote printier altogether. I then uninstalled
and reinstalled OneNote 2007 Trial only to find the same result - the Send to
OneNote printer shows as an option and a new page opens in OneNote, but
nothing is printed there. I also noticed that the windows printer window
stays open, as if Windows is trying without success to print. This has
caused the spooler to run continuously until I cancel the print request.
Obviously, something is preventing the add-in from completing the print job,
but I have no idea how to fix this. Help!
