No, Henrik. It stays where you've "docked" it. I would suggest, however,
that you use "AutoHide" and then you have the space no matter the
orientation, unless you invoke the Taskbar by placing the pen over the area
to launch it. I'm right-handed, and have mine anchored on the left side so
I need to intentionally reach with the pen to have it come into use.
