Looking up your Stop Error, I get this from MSDN:

It refers to Win2k and doesn't provide a whole lot of information, but
I'd look at hardware failure. Since you have a laptop, you can't do a
lot of the usual "swap this out for known-working bits", but you can
test the RAM and the hard drive. Also some OEM's like Dell and
Lenovo/IBM provide their own diagnostic utilities. Here are general

Since you haven't told us anything about the laptop's age or history,
that's as specific as I can get. Normally with laptops you are pretty
much restricted to contacting the laptop mftr.'s tech support. If the
machine is still under warranty, you definitely want to do that.
