:(
Well, 8 days after sending the question to AveraTec support,
... How can I tell which ones [driver] I need, and which ones I already have? Also, there is no description for the downloads... I would appreciate it very much if you can provide a simple instruction to help me figure out which driver I should check on my computer to verify my versions.
someone finally read my email (read receipt) and send me a one line response,
"If you are having any problems with any hardware, you can try reinstalling those drivers from off our web."
Duh! Maybe I need a driver to optimize the performance, not necessarily to fix problems. Maybe this is too much to ask from tech support.
