It is 3 individual tasks that fail to run. 1. Creates an automatic System
Restore Point at 0420
2. System Restart at 0430
3. Spybot S&D scan at 0500

Under Task Scheduler-Advanced the Option to Switch Off or Pause Task
Scheduler is available so I presume it is Enabled.
The last run Time/Date for each operation does not update.
