If your host allows webdav, then it should work for you (ask them if
they support it). If not, try the Novell app "netdrive". This will
allow you to map a drive on your computer to an FTP server. Then, you
can create a notebook on the server, and open it in OneNote.

My sections are greater than 200 MB each, so I don't do this (even
though my server has 200 GB of storage space).
