Re: What's the best usb memory stick to augment RAM?

Hi,
my laptop has 512mb ram, and to run vista home premium 'properly' i need
1gig according to the windows vista requirements. I want to get the full
benefits of vista (like aero).
if i had a flash drive would it increase my ram to allow me to have 3d aero
etc.
i currently have a kingston data traveller 1 gb pen drive that i use for
college. i have also seen a "corsair turboFlash windows ready boost
accelerator". it comes in 512mb and 1gb, 1gb costs around £15. will these
work in the way that i want them to and is worth me buying them. thanks
www.corsair.com (search for turboflash)
