I'm a little confused. Here is what you wrote:
- Task scheduler fails to start automatically.
- Task Scheduler is On.

Now is it the Task Scheduler service that fails to start,
or is it the scheduled tasks that do not run? If it is the
latter, what are you trying to run and how do you know
that it failed to run?
