Alan,
I've got basically the same set-up with the same behavior.
You can test it using the GetSystemMetric. It should return an 86 I believe
for a "true" tablet, else if will fail the test. Some programs, mine
inlcuded use this as a check for a tablet. Our MSDN setups won't pass this
test, I believe.
