It has nothing to do with graphics drivers. As Victoria has pointed out,
it's an artifact of using Active Desktop. Whilst your desktop is refreshing,
you will see the orange screen. Once Ink Desktop is fully loaded, the orange
screen will be replaced with your ink notes. How long the orange screen will
be there depends on the performance of your Tablet, and how many other
things happen to be loading.
