I recently purchased on ebay an Averatec 3500 tablet. I have a problem with the floating input panel. When you want to enter text into an input field the floating input panel icon briefly pops up and then disappears. I'm thinking it may be a software issue, because the pen works fine with the docked input panel. I do not have the recovery CD to reload the OS. Do you have any suggestions to fix the problem or can you help me to get a recovery CD?The tablet has an official windows sticker with a product key.
