Larry,

A Google search of your problem turned up these two possible solutions.

1. Re-install the framework.
2. Do a Repair of the Visual Studio.

Here is a thread.....

Have the exact same problem with VS2003 on Windows XP sp2 (tablet). And
it's the same for all project types.

Re-installing the framework did the trick.





You may drop into microsoft.public.vsnet.general with the question also. A
couple posts said a VS Repair fixed the problem.
