Toshiba batteries are infamous. Most are fine, and have the life you'd
expect. But about one in 10-15, based on my experience supporting them as an
IT director, just doesn't have any life at all. When you get one like that,
keep it as an emergency spare, and buy another. Brand isn't all that
important, look for total amp/hours. I think I used to get mine from
1-800-batteries, now known as
www.igo.com -- they weren't the cheapest, but
they had a _complete_ selection for every device I had to support.
