Try turning down the hardware acceleration. From a blank area of the
desktop right click, choose properties, settings tab, troubleshoot.
Decrease the hardware acceleration to see if that helps. If it does and you
only needed to move it one or two notches leave it as is. If it takes more
then try updating the display drivers.
