The best way will be to get a PC Card network adapter, put the 105CS on
the network, and transfer it to a shared drive.
Another option would be to take the hard drive out of the 105CS and
connect it to a another computer (using either IDE or USB).
Another option would be to find or borrow a parallel port Zip drive.
There are still more ways, but those are the best options.
