Not much you can do about it if you've already purchased the machine, Stan.
True Tablet PCs, as we support in this newsgroup, all have digitizers behind
the screens. The handwriting requires specific items, specific scanning
qualifications and specific quality functionality on the Tablet PCs.
Unfortunately you don't have a computer which meets the criteria set out:
