Re: Tablet Input Panel missing for logon

I bounced the machine after commenting the (apparently correct) string out,
then bounced it again after editing back to the original (apparently good)
form in the registry. Still no success. Assuming that registry entry
invokes the kbcresources.dll (which I verified is on the machine in the Ink
dir), could there be a problem in the line referenced SoftKeyboard.ini file?
I didn't see anything in that .ini file which jumps out at me for pop-up of
the kbd at login time. What else needs to be in place to get the login kibd
to pop-up? Thanks
