Re: Tablet Input Panel missing for logon

The TIP showing at a logon screen should automatically be displaying if the
account to which your logging on requires it. Have you specifically checked
your account's properties in Control Panel/User Accounts? What happens if
you set the account to no logon required, restart the system and then change
it to requiring a logon?
