That is not correct. 1.8-inch drives, used in many ultralight models, are
all PATA, and they have at least 4 different types of connectors.

Again not correct. Dell Latitude, Toshiba Portege, VAIO TX, and Fujitsu P
are just some that still use PATA drives.
