Hi

I want to change the drive in my Acer Aspire 3610 from 40Gb to 80Gb so I
can install Vista (Got the DVD and key from MSDN). However looking on the
web there are 40 pin and 44 pin drives.

I assume that the laptop required a 44 pin drive (with the extra 4 pins
being the power supply).

Can someone confirm or refute this or will I have to open it up in advance
and take a look?
