I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. User accounts belong to user
groups. In XP Home, you only have users belonging to the local
administrators group or users group (Limited account). In XP Pro, you
have more options with Administrators, Power Users, Users. In a domain,
the users and their groups are created on the server and so the choices
of user groups depends on your server operating system.

To see the group choices on XP Pro and MS Server OS's, look in
Administrative Tools.
