| Scopus, Rock and Bruce Chambers Re: No Boot Post Power Failure Thanks, Guys, for your responses. As it turns out, after a 40 minute session
with HP Support via "Chat" w/Tech, he determined it was the HD that was
disabled and had to be replaced. I took the Pavilion to Best Buy's "Geeks"
squad (Authorized HP Repair & Service), and they are going to replace the HD
and reinstall XP Media under warranty and at no cost to me! Sure hope that's
all that is wrong with it.
