There are mdi viewers
available. And mdi is
really great if all parties
are using Office.

However, in my opinion
it would be best to stay within
the industry standards and use
Acrobat.

I would suggest that instead of getting
someone on the outside to install
a third party mdi viewer, that you use
pdf format for transmitting electonic
documents.

You can use a freeware called primo pdf
that will install a pdf print driver. As for
the pdf viewer, it is "highly" likely that everyone
has an Acrobat or a FoxIt pdf viewer...
